BBQ Cowboy Burger
Just imagine taking a bite of this flavor-packed masterpiece, where the smoky bacon meets the caramelized onions, and the juicy burger harmonizes with the tangy, spicy, and slightly sweet whiskey BBQ sauce. Your taste buds will be dancing a jig, and your mouth won't stop thanking you for this epic culinary adventure!
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, brush, and lightly oil the grates.
- Combine the ground beef, and 1 tbsp seasoned salt, in a large bowl. Mix until fully combined, then shape into 4 round patties.
- Use your thumb or spoon to gently press an indention in the center of each patty. Season the burgers with the remaining seasoned salt. Grill on each side for about 3 to 4 minutes, until desired temperature is reached. Just before removing from the grill, add the cheddar cheese on top of each patty.
- Top each hamburger bun with Bacon, Onions, the cheeseburger, a tablespoon (or two) of the Cask Strength Spicy Whiskey BBQ Sauce, and top with the bun.
