- 12–16 lb | Turkey
2 Green Bell Peppers, sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Large Onion, sliced
3–4 Stalks Celery, coarsely chopped
1/4 Cup | Vegetable or Canola Oil
1/4 Cup | Cajun seasoning
9-12 oz | Beer (we used a Lager)
1 Tbsp | Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp | Worcestershire
1.5 Tbsp | Cajun Seasoning
2 Tbsp | Bacon Paradise Hot Sauce

- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2: Mix all marinade ingredients together in a tall glass.
Step 3: Place turkey on a roasting pan
Step 4: Fill up your meat injector with the spicy beer marinade. Inject the turkey all over.
Step 5: Pat dry with paper towels for crispy skin, then sprinkle and massage in the cajun spice rub.
Step 6: Brush all over with oil.
Step 7: Stuff the turkey with the bell peppers, celery, and onion. Place additional veggies around the turkey in the roasting pan.
- Step 1: Bake for 3-3.5 hours, basting every 45 min. Turkey is done when the thickest part of the breast is 165°.
Step 2: Remove from oven and let rest for 20 minutes until carving.
