1/4 Cup Red Onion
2 Tbsp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
5 Cherry Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Cilantro
The Final Boss Truffle BBQ
Scoldin’ Gold Rush Hot Sauce
In a plastic bag, add your chicken breast and BBQ Sauce.
Allow that to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour
Preheat oven to 400F
Place the Chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, or until the internal temp reaches 165
Dice the Cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chop the cilantro (if it isn't pre-chopped)
Once the chicken is cooked, cut it into small pieces.
Lay the Lavash flat and layer with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, chicken, cilantro, more BBQ sauce and Gold Rush hot sauce.
Roll tightly and secure with 2 toothpicks.
Place seam-side down on a pan at medium heat. Flip once golden and repeat on the other side.
Cut in half and enjoy! (Caution: Don't forget to remove the toothpicks before digging in).
