Ingredients
- 1 head of Cauliflower
- 1/4 cup Habanero Honey Pot Mustard
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Toppings: Garlic Lover's Hot Sauce, Freshly Grated Parm Garlic Hot Sauce and chopped green onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Whisk the eggs in a small bowl.
In another bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper.
Dip the cauliflower florets first in the egg wash, coating completely, and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
Shake off any excess breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet sprayed with oil (being careful not to overcrowd them) and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping wings halfway through.
When the cauliflower wings are ready, toss them with the Habanero Honey Pot Mustard until they are completely coated.
Top with green onions and hot sauce.
