Easy and Fun Halloween Treat: Deliciously Rotten Deviled Eggs
12 deviled egg halves
- Step 1: Boil eggs in a pot of water. Once completely cooked, place in an ice bath
Step 2: Gently crack the eggs by rolling them on the counter
Step 3: Place eggs in a ziplock bag with food dye and make sure they’re fully coated. Keep them in the fridge overnight.
Step 1: The next day, rinse the eggs in vinegar and peel the shell off
Step 2: Slice in half and place the egg yolks in a small bowl. Mash them up with a fork. Stir in the mayo, Windy City, Worcestershire sauce, food dye, salt, & pepper.
Step 3: Pipe the filling into the egg whites and a sprinkle with Egg enlightenment.
