1 teaspoon | Zesti Fiery Dill Pickle Hot Sauce
- 1 | Bagel
- 4 slices | Mortadella
- 4 slices | Pepperoni
- 4 slices | Genoa Salami
- 2 slices | Bacon
- 3 slices | Provolone Cheese

4 whole | pepperoncinis, sliced
- 4 Tbsp | Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp | Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon | Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon | Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch | Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Step 1: Slice the bagel in half
Step 2: Layer the meat on the bottom half of the bagel, then add the cheese and pepperoncinis.
Step 3: Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, hot sauce, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper until the sugar has dissolved
Step 4: Drizzle the dressing over the sandwich toppings and add the top of the bagel back on
Step 5: Slice and enjoy!
