Korean Meatballs

Ingredients
- Teriyaki Tidal Wave Sauce
- Island Vibes Hot Sauce
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 large egg white
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce + 1/4 cup for after cooking
- 1 garlic clove or 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Optional toppings: spicy Mayo, sesame seeds, green onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*.
In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, and egg white. Add the beef until combined. Shape into twenty-four 1-in. balls.
Place on a greased baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Toss meatballs with remaining sauce and top with green onion, sesame seeds, and spicy mayo.
