Healthier, Quick Fast Food Dupe: Lil' Mac Cups

A fast food staple, deconstructed and reworked into a lighter, fun muffin cup. Big flavors in a Lil' Mac.
Ingredients

60 | Tater Tots (About 5 Per Muffin Tin

⅓ Cup | Shredded Mozzarella

12 | Pickle Chips
-
½ lb. | Ground Beef
-
½ Cup | Shredded Lettuce

1 Tbsp. | Zesti Smoky Habanero Garlic Ketchup

1 Tsp. | Sesame Seeds
-
½ Cup | Quality Mayonnaise
-
2 Tbsp. | Dill Pickle Relish*

1 Tbsp. | Finely Minced Onion

2 Tbsp. | Natural Ketchup (Or BBQ Sauce For Flavor Variation)

2 Tsp. | Yellow Mustard

1 Tsp. | White Vinegar

1 Tsp. | Granulated Sugar*

½ Tsp. | Paprika

¼ Tsp. | Salt

¼ Tsp. | Garlic Powder

¼ Tsp. | Onion Powder
For the Sauce:

PREP:
Step 1: Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth
COOK:
Step 1: Fill each muffin tin with tater tots and bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Step 2: Remove from oven and smash the tater tots using a small glass (the bottom of a shot glass works well for this)
Step 3: Sprinkle cheese into each cavity and place back into the oven to broil until melted and almost crispy
Step 4: Layer a pickle chip, cooked ground beef, lettuce, ‘Lil Mac sauce, Zesti Smoky Habanero Garlic Ketchup and a pinch of sesame seeds in each tater tot cup
