Ingredients
- 1 lb | Ground Pork
- 12 Mini Tortillas Street Taco Size
- 1 Tbsp | Chives
- 3 Green Onions
- 1 tbsp | Minced Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon | Ground Ginger
- 4 Tbsp | Smoldering Soy Sauce

1 tsp | Garlic Lovers Hot Sauce
- 2 tsp | Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp | Chinese Cooking Wine
- 10 oz | Shredded Green Cabbage

2 Tbsp | Teriyaki Tidal Wave (for dipping)
- OPTIONAL: sesame seeds for garnishv
Directions
- Finely chop the chives and green onions
- In a bowl combine ground pork with half of the chives, half diced green onions, half garlic, half ground ginger, half Smoldering Soy Sauce, half sesame oil, and half Chinese Cooking Wine.
- Roll into 12 equal sizes meatballs and set aside
- Add meatballs to a nonstick pan or griddle and place tortillas on top. Slowly press down on each tortilla with a spatula to smash the meatball.
- Cook for 5 minutes and then flip for about 2 minutes until the tortilla is crispy on the edges. Complete in batches.
- In a large pan, add the shredded green cabbage with the other half of the chives, green onion, garlic, ginger, Smoldering Soy Sauce, sesame oil, and cooking wine. Cook on medium heat until the cabbage softens (about 5 minutes)
- Top your dumpling tacos with cabbage mixture and sesame seeds. Serve with Teriyaki Tidal Wave
