Ingredients
-
2 Tbsp. Teriyaki Tidal Wave
-
2 Tbsp. Smoldering Soy Sauce
-
Island Vibes (for taste)
- 8oz salmon
- 2 cups of rice, cooked
-
¼ large carrot
-
¼ avocado
-
¼ cup edamame
- Optional: sesame seeds and green onion to garnish
Directions
Combine the Teriyaki Tidal Wave and Soy Sauce in a small pan, then bring to a simmer.
Cut the salmon and marinate it in the sauce for 30 minutes.
While that's marinating, slice the avocado and shave the carrot so you have thin ribbons.
Air fry the salmon bites at 390 for 6-8 minutes.
Add your cooked rice to a bow and begin assembling the edamame, carrots, and avocado. Add the salmon when it's cooked.
Top with green onion, sesame seeds, and Island Vibes.
Enjoy!
